Optimaza is a free browser-based image resizer for JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP files. You can set a maximum width, maximum height, or both, and resize up to 10 images in one batch.
The resizer preserves each image's aspect ratio, so photos and graphics are not stretched or distorted. If an image already fits within the dimensions you set, it is left at its original size instead of being enlarged.
Image resizing happens locally in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to an Optimaza server, stored online, or sent to a cloud image-processing service.
How to resize an image with Optimaza

How maximum width and height work
Optimaza uses the width and height you enter as maximum limits, not as forced dimensions. This prevents images from being stretched.
For example, if you resize a 4000 × 3000 image with a maximum width of 1600 px, the result will be 1600 × 1200 px.
If you set both a maximum width and maximum height, the image is scaled to fit inside that area while keeping its original aspect ratio.
Images that are already smaller than your limits are not upscaled.

Will Optimaza enlarge small images?
No. Images that already fit within the dimensions you specify are not upscaled. This avoids enlarging an image unnecessarily.
Does resizing reduce image file size?
Often it does, because a smaller image contains fewer pixels. However, the final file size also depends on the image format, image content and encoding. Resizing is primarily intended to change image dimensions rather than guarantee a specific file size.
